UPCaM is looking for an Executive Director

United Protestant Campus Ministries in Cleveland (UPCaM) Search for Executive Director UPCaM is an ecumenical campus ministry supported by mainline Protestant denominations, individual congregations, and friends. It serves students at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University, and Cuyahoga Community College-Metropolitan Campus. The primary responsibilities of the Executive Director are as follows:  Provide leadership, direction, pastoral care, and support to student groups on several campuses;  Supervise student interns, part-time professionals, and/or support staff;  Equip trustees for effective support of UPCaM’s mission;  Promote UPCaM to individual congregations and denominational judicatories;  Represent the goals and vision of campus ministry to all stakeholders (i.e., students, parents, higher education partners, local congregations, etc.)  Identify and secure additional sources of financial support. The successful candidate will be an ordained minister with a Master of Divinity or equivalent degree. Three years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience in campus ministry desired, including creating programming for traditional and non-traditional college students. Demonstrated ability to function in a multicultural and multi-faith environment, and commitment to interfaith activities are important. Strong verbal and communication skills are essential. Computer literacy is expected. This is a full-time, year-round position. Salary and benefits are competitive, commensurate with experience.
