The Burundi Mission Relationship

The Burundi Mission Relationship is a cooperative effort between the Cleveland Baptist Association (CBA) and the Union of Baptist Churches in Burundi, Africa (UEBB). Our purpose is to engage each other as mission partners that promote mutual prayer, support and understanding between churches in our mission and ministry endeavors.

UEBB Vision 2015-2020

Evangelize and double the number of members of the Church Build ten new local churches and three churches in the chief towns of the province, Myinga, Kirundo and Bubanza Train 100 pastors Build a university Build a health center Create a youth center Create a radio broadcast Conduct various development activities Build a headquarters office for the UEBB.

Your Gift of $150

will provide a bicycle to enable Baptist pastors in Burundi to spread the gospel to remote villages. The bicycles will be distributed to the most needy pastors and their families

Your Gift of $50

will provide a dairy goat that can supply a pastor’s family with up to several quarts of nutritious milk a day. Extra milk can be sold or used to make cheese of yogurt. Families learn to use goat manure to fertilize gardens.  And because goats often have two or three kids a year, families can lift themselves out of poverty by selling the offspring or starting small dairies that earn money for food, health care and education.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide 100 bicycles and 200 goats to bless 100 pastors and their families. Please make checks payable to the Cleveland Baptist Association, designated for the Burundi Mission Project. Credit card donations can also be made by calling the CBA office at 216-325-7730, to make your credit card donation. All individual donations are tax deductible. Thank You!
