Position Overview
Church of the Master (COTM), a historic congregation with over 104 years of faithful ministry, is seeking a Spirit-led, ordained Baptist minister to serve as its Bi-vocational Pastor. Located in the vibrant and diverse suburb of Cleveland Heights, just 20 minutes east of downtown Cleveland, COTM is a small congregation with a deep love for Jesus and a strong commitment to spiritual growth, fellowship, and community service.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and knowledgeable preacher and teacher, devoted to nurturing the congregation’s relationship with God through biblically sound and relevant messages. This individual will provide visionary spiritual leadership and compassionate pastoral care while actively engaging in church growth initiatives and local outreach. Working in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, ministry leaders, and the wider church family, the pastor will help guide COTM into its next season of faithful service and impact.
