Position Overview
The Bi-Vocational Pastor of will provide spiritual leadership and pastoral oversight through biblically grounded preaching and teaching, compassionate pastoral care, and faithful administration of the church’s ministries and ordinances. Working collaboratively with the Deacons, Trustees, ministry leaders, and congregation, he will help nurture spiritual growth, develop ministry leaders, guide the church’s vision and direction, and strengthen its presence and service within the community. The ideal candidate will be an ordained Baptist minister who demonstrates strong preaching, teaching, leadership, and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to Baptist faith and practice and the ability to serve effectively in a part-time, bi-vocational ministry setting. He must also be married.
